Columella arcuate, hardly thickened. Umbilicus wide, more than one-third major diameter. Diameter, 0·6 mm.; height, about 0·3 mm. Type in author's collection. Two specimens; from seaweed-washings, Taieri Beach, together with Z. lissa (Sut.), which, however, is very much more abundant.
