The Association shall consist of Members elected by ballot, who have been proposed at a Monthly Meeting of the Society, and elected at the ensuing meeting.

3.

Each Member to pay a subscription of not less than one pound per annum, payable half-yearly in advance.

4.

Ordinary meetings held on the first Wednesday in each month.
