Nelson Philosophical Society.

Annual Report for Year Ended September, 30. 1944.

The Statement of Receipts and Expenditure shows a credit balance of £3 5s 8d.

The membership of the Society consists of 36 full members and 19 associate members, making a total of 55—a gratifying increase of five on last year's membership.

Seven successful meetings have been held during the year, the attendance of members and visitors ranging from 35 to 170.
